Returns/Exchanges/Repairs/Discount Codes

Dear Mia Melon & One Man Outerwear Customers: We are a smaller brand, but growing thanks to your support. We work hard to ensure everyone is happy. We do offer refunds on regular priced items but would appreciate any consideration for exchanges or online store credit. 

Please Note: Sale items (excluding pre-orders), Clearance, Flash Sale, and "Buy one Get one" items are exchange or online store credit only.

Please contact us to authorize and start the return/exchange process via email tanya@miamelon.com 

Please Note: without a Return Authorization, your return will not be accepted at our warehouse. We will send you an RA notification via email (please do not reply to the email as emails are not monitored) which you can then either hand write or print the label on the bag and it will have return information as to where to send the package. Then reach out to us via the above contact options, so that we can release your new jacket or activate your online store credit (see return policy above)

Should your item qualify for a refund, once the return process has been processed and your return has been sent, please send an email to tanya@miamelon.com to advise us. Please allow 6-10 weeks for refunds after the item has been received at the facility and inspected. 

Please note, do not send a note within the RA box for what you want to exchange to as our warehouse will not forward them to customer service. Returns up to 45 days after receiving your item.

Please notify us once your return has been sent (this applies to ALL return items) Once your item is returned back to our warehouse with all tags, unworn and inspected, we will issue you a refund of the value of your jacket or exchange (based on inventory available) or activate your online credit which has no expiry date! (see above for items available for exchange or online store credit). For online credit, you just take the code given to you and simply apply it at the "CART" page once you have items in your cart and continue to the check out page.

Please note:  That your online credit code cannot be combined with a percentage code (promo code) but can be used with the BOGO deal. If you have another code to apply (promotional code) and want to also use your store credit, please reach out via text or chat so we can refund the difference that the promotional code was offering! Please also note, that when entering a discount code, YOU MUST arrow/click back to the CART page and apply the code - All codes work with the automatic BOGO DEAL!!!!!

Should your order allow for a Refund, please expect a refund back to your original form of payment between 4-8 weeks (times may vary during COVID) from the return of your item to our warehouse, once it has been inspected.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipment cost but we will pay for your new order to ship.

Repairs: Mia Melon is committed to offering the finest products, using only the best materials and applying strict quality control standards. 

Should there be a manufacturing defect within 1 year from date of purchase, at our discretion we will either offer a specific dollar value to have it repaired, replace it or initiate an online store credit. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, the deterioration of water repellent, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
