Reviews come from real orders. After you buy, we send a review invitation by email. When you submit through that link, your note goes into a short approval queue before it appears on the product page. That keeps reviews tied to actual purchases, and it means there is no open write-a-review button for anyone browsing the site. Mia Melon was acquired in 2024, took a short pause to reset, then came back later that year with the same outerwear DNA people loved, and a brighter way of running the brand: clear prices, real help when you need it, and a lot less noise around discounts. Google is a nice window on the full shopping experience: packing, replies, returns, and how the order felt end to end.
