How to leave a review
Reviews are for customers who purchased. After your order ships, you will get an email invite to review the jacket you bought. That is the path we use. We turned off open public review forms and external review programs so spam and drive-by notes stay out.
Use the link in that email. A few honest lines on fit, weather, and how often you wear it help the next person more than stars alone. Reviews go through a brief approval queue before they appear on the product page.

A long history of product satisfaction
Long before this chapter of the brand, Mia Melon built a large set of verified, order-based reviews through Shopper Approved. That program is closed for us now. We are not rebuilding on their platform or any other external review marketplace. The public archive is still a snapshot of how many people bought, wore, and rated the line over the years:

How to read this. The archive is historical depth: proof people trusted the product line for a long stretch. It is not our day-to-day review system. We do not buy placement on review marketplaces. What you see on each product page after purchase-based reviews is the live story.
Under current ownership
Mia Melon was acquired in 2024, took a short pause to reset, then came back later that year with the same outerwear DNA people loved, and a clearer way of running the brand: steady everyday prices, real help when you need it, and far less discount noise. We would rather solve it with you than debate a star on a site you never shopped on.
Google reviews
Google is a useful window on packing, replies, returns, and how the order felt end to end. Specialty outerwear does not always get a flood of Google reviews, even when people love the jacket, and that is okay. We still welcome every honest one.
